🌳 Mission Green India
Under #MissionGreen We've planted 82,000+ trees, transforming barren lands into thriving green lungs and bringing biodiversity back to urban and rural landscapes. We've converted 1.5 million sq. ft. of concrete spaces into thriving green areas, creating mini forests and oxygen hubs in densely populated zones.
💧 Jal Shakti Abhiyan
As Part of the initiative we have installed 6000 + Rainwater Harvesting Percolation pits in Gardens, Schools and Colleges for awareness and utilization of Rainwater in India. we’ve saved over 150 crore litres of water, while also training 24,000+ students to champion water conservation.
🐾 Water for All
With over 2,900 water bowls installed, our "Water for All" initiative ensures stray and community animals stay hydrated especially during peak summers.
♻️ Turning Waste into Growth
By collecting 12 tons of single-use plastic from households, we’ve given it a new life replacing black grow bags and nurturing 1.6 lakh trees in a sustainable, circular model of afforestation.

Who We Are

The “Environment” Crusader

Founded in 2010 by Subhajit Mukherjee, "Mission Green Mumbai" began as a small group of passionate individuals concerned about rapid deforestation and environmental degradation. Today, we've grown into a trusted environmental organization with thousands of volunteers and supporters.

We work for NGOs. Individuals, Companies and Governments as per project requirement in National Interest.

All the initiatives are in line with the National Environment Programme under the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, Ministry of Jal Shakti. GoI.

Tree Plantation and Adoption

Mission Green Mumbai advocates for the "Each One, Plant One" philosophy, encouraging individuals to plant and care for trees. The organization has mobilized over 2,000 volunteers to participate in tree planting drives across Mumbai and its suburbs.

Water Conservation Efforts

3200 + Rainwater Harvesting Recharge Structures installed to encourage water harvesting for supporting tree plantation. Trained 24,000 + Students on Rainwater Harvesting. Saving 150+ Crore Litre of Water #CatchTheRain

Water For All

Water is not just a resource it's a lifeline. Through our “Water for All” initiative, we support not only people and plants but also stray animals, birds, and community pets, with 2,900+ water bowls installed to keep them hydrated.

Mission Mango

Mango Seed Collection Drive: Collects discarded mango seeds, germinates them into saplings, and distributes them to farmers, especially those affected by floods and cyclones, promoting reforestation and reducing organic waste. #MissionMango

Mission Bori Bandh

Mission Bori Bandh, where 6200 Forest Dams are build with volunteering from Farmers resulting in saving 120 Cr. Litres of Rainwater for Farming.

9.2 Lakh Feet of Bamboo Cultivation Purchased to encourage National Bamboo Mission and Employment of Rural Bamboo Farmers of Maharashtra.
